Jack Pyke Sprung Decoy Motion Stake x 12
Decoy Motion stakes such as these Jack Pyke Spring Pegs have now become and almost essential weapon in the armoury of the Pigeon Decoyer. Spring Pegs are a cheap and simple way to add movement to your decoy spread and it is this movement that birds often see at distance. These pegs are split and spring loaded, the length of the spring can be changed to adjust the amount of movement according to wind conditions. These pegs work with most of the major brands of Pigeon Shells (Sportplast, Jack Pyke, East Anlglian) or it should be a simple task to modify the decoy. The hook on the end of the peg is probably “surplus to requirements” and we recommend removing it – this is there so decoys can be hooked onto branches (not really the purpose of these pegs!!).
