Abbey Degreasing Spray contains a powerful solvent that removes oil and grease including silicone based lubricants. The spray completely evaporates to leave a dry film free surface. It is recommended for the cleaning and removing greasy dirt from guns prior to cleaning and re-lubricating. I use this product on my semi-auto shotguns and find it essential for helping me to get a grease and dirt free surface prior to re-assembly.
