The Haydel’s B-81 is produced in the USA as a Blue and Snow Goose Call and this re-produces an almost perfect note for our Pinkfeet.

Here at Paddlesdown we check and, if required, adjust the pitch of each of these calls so that “out of the box” it will make a perfect Pinkfoot Goose Call and is blown easily with only a little effort – do not overblow.

With just a little practice even a novice caller can produce the distinctive high pitch “wink, wink” call of the Pinkfoot as well as the guttural feeding chatter. If my 10 year old can call Pinks with one then you have no excuse!

Many ‘fowlers will be familiar with the Haydel’s MSG96 Snow Goose Call which was on the UK market a few years ago,  hundreds were sold and used very successfully on Pinks. The MSG 96 subsequently went out of production and the B-81 is its successor. We have found that the B-81 is as capable as the MSG96 at producing the Pinkfeet high note and it is superior at producing the feeding & greeting chatter.
