Those of you who prefer a “traditional” wooden call for Geese will be pleased to see we now stock the DJ Illinois River Valley Calls Greylag Call. This call is made to produce the lower pitch “err.ank” sound of the Greylag goose.

The internal parts are made out of cedar for the help on moisture control. The call is made out of cherry wood with the call name and DJ logo lasered into the shell.

My little lad has used one of these calls since he was just seven years old and he can call Grey’s very well with it. A very easy call to use and with a little practice all but a real “numpty” should be able to produce a half decent Greylag Call.
