All Buffalo River Knives use stainless steel blades that are easy to maintain in the field and will retain their edge between sharpens. The Handle of this Buffalo River Maxim Skinner is made from functional composites for durability and ease of cleaning. This knife has a 4.5” fixed blade and this has a traditional gut hook. The Maxim comes with a nylon protective sheath that provides a safe and convenient carrying mode.
