POSTAGE

We ask you to allow up to 5 working days (Monday to Friday ) for despatch of your purchase. As well as our mail order business we have an exhibition unit and ebay business so at busy times our despatch times may be as long as 5 working days. Remember to also allow appropriate time for postage once we have despatched your purchase. If you need something urgently then send us a message or give us a ring on 01833 628167 to check delivery times – we will try to help!  We obtain proof of posting for all Royal Mail despatches.

Shipping costs on our website are for the UK only.

If you wish us to ship to other areas we will do so, please contact us prior to ordering for details of prices.

 

Postage to UK areas is charged as follows:

Orders up to £9.99 - Postage £2.49

Orders £10 to £60 - Postage £5

Orders over £60 - Post free

PAYMENT

Payment may be made on-line by Credit Card, Debit Card or by Paypal, to make on-line payment you will directed to the Paypal secure site where you can select your chosen payment method. You can also send a Sterling Cheque, Bankers Draft or Postal Order (payments made payable to “Paddlesdown”. If sending payment by post you should do so with recorded delivery.

 

MILITARY SURPLUS

Military Surplus clothing and accessories sold by Paddlesdown are in used condition unless otherwise stated. The condition of items will be detailed in the individual item listing.

“Grade 1” refers to items displaying some signs of wear but these are minimal, there should be no damage or repairs to the item.

“Grade 2” refers to items displaying extensive signs of wear or fading, there may be some damage but this will be detailed in the listing.

 

RETURNS POLICY - UK SALES ONLY
If the buyer is not completely satisfied with their purchase they should notify us in writing, by fax or e-mail within seven days from the day after the date on which they received the goods. The goods should be returned to us immediately and upon their return we will make a refund for the value of goods returned.
The customer is responsible for the safe return of goods and we recommend that you insure the goods and obtain proof of posting or use Recorded Delivery. The customer is responsible for the return carriage costs unless the goods are faulty and this fault has not been detailed in the description. Goods returned must be un-used since purchase, in the same condition as at the time of sale and any merchandising must be intact.
