POSTAGE We ask you to allow up to 5 working days (Monday to Friday ) for despatch of your purchase. As well as our mail order business we have an exhibition unit and ebay business so at busy times our despatch times may be as long as 5 working days. Remember to also allow appropriate time for postage once we have despatched your purchase. If you need something urgently then send us a message or give us a ring on 01833 628167 to check delivery times we will try to help!
POSTAGE RATES Shipping costs on our website are for the UK only. If you wish us to ship to other areas we will do so, please contact us prior to ordering for details of prices.
CONTACTING US Our offices are open Monday to Friday, you can ring us on 01833 628167 - there is an answerphone so leave a message if we don't answer. If you wish to send us a message please do this via e-mail sales@paddlesdown.co.uk PAYMENT Payment may be made on-line by Credit Card, Debit Card or by Paypal, to make on-line PayPal payment you will directed to the Paypal secure site where you can select your chosen payment method. If you prefer you can phone your order through to us and pay by Credit or Debit Card over the phone on 01833 628167. You can also send a Sterling Cheque, Bankers Draft or Postal Order (payments made payable to Paddlesdown. If sending payment by post you should do so with recorded delivery.
Credit or Debit Card payment is not charged to your card until we despatch your order. MILITARY SURPLUS Military Surplus clothing and accessories sold by Paddlesdown are in used condition unless otherwise stated. The condition of items will be detailed in the individual item listing. Grade 1 refers to items displaying some signs of wear but these are minimal, there should be no damage or repairs to the item. Grade 2 refers to items displaying extensive signs of wear or fading, there may be some damage but this will be detailed in the listing. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES - UK SALES ONLY Paddlesdown will accept any unused goods for return, exchange or refund if you return these to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Post your goods back to us in an unused condition, in their original packaging with any labels and merchandising still attached. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and a brief letter explaining your refund or exchange requirements. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office and we recommend you return them by Recorded Delivery or an altrenative method that provides tracking. We do not charge return postage on goods returned for exchange. If you are returning Faulty Goods, please return them in a clean condition as we are unable to accept any soiled goods and they will be "refused". This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
