We thought our days of selling Army Surplus had passed us by but constant requests for key products and our own experience of using many of these garments for Wildfowling, Pigeon Shooting and Ferreting has lead to us taking in a substantial delivery from the MOD Disposal Agent. It will take us a while to get them all onto our Military Surplus page but we are getting started.

Initial feedback from Stotty confirms my opinion that the Gold Goose Call (designed for Canada's) will work well as a Greylag Call. Look out for Stotty's review and video of the calls in action.

Paddlesdown have just returned from a fantastic weekend at the British Shooting Show where it was great to meet so many shooting enthusiasts.
We have just returned from 2 weeks in the USA and things are now getting back to normal. The purpose of our trip was to visit the Shot Show and meet up with potential suppliers in the States. The trip was very productive and during 2009 we will be bringing you many new and exciting products - keep watching! Looking for a cold and wet weather hat? Not totally true as we have over a dozen flights to report including excellant flights at the Pinks, Wigeon and an odd Pintail. To keep you interested here we have a picture from a good morning flight at Lindisfarne with 4 Pinks in the bag. Our own Young Wildfowler Sam, aged 10, is on the right. We will be starting October's Wildfowling Diary with a report on our most recent flight which brough us 3 Geese with my old Ithaca Semi Auto 10 Bore. It must now be 7 or 8 years since I last used my 10g and it still works well! Oh, and it's also for sale if you are interested? We will be updating our Wildfowler's Diary next week, we have just come back from Lindisfarne where we got our first Pinkfoot of the season at morning flight.

Sam and I had a great flight on the evening of the 1st September and this morning the 2nd September. Here we are with 3 Canada Geese, 5 Greylags and a Mallard that we shot on those first two flights. We have just added a few Shooting Pictures to our Young Shots, Pigeon Shooting and Rough Shooting Galleries.
